James is an experienced leader of Information Technology and Digital teams with broad experience in Membership, Publishing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail and Manufacturing environments.

He has gained significant international experience whilst at Twinings and Unilever and has a track record of delivering sustainable change in team culture and performance, organisation design, process and technology. Prior to embarking on his business career 20 short years ago James was a geologist and is an expert in ancient Australian climate.
